This website is publicly accessible, which means any information and data presented on any webpage can be viewed by users at any time, without the requirement of signing into an account. As such, users who visit the website ("Guests") are not able to feed information/data into the website which would show publicly. By using the Website, you are bound by the above, and violation of these terms could result in actions taken against you by Axiri Group UK.

Links to Other Sources

Although this won't happen often, you may find that our Website contains links to other sources (websites, documents and/or links) which is neither owned nor operated by Axiri Group UK. And although we thoroughly check the contents of each third-party link we add to our Website, we do not assume responsibility for any content which may have appeared when you accessed the link (for example, an advert that is deemed inappropriate which did not appear when we checked the webpage).

Furthermore, you acknowledge that by accessing any third-party sources, we are not liable or responsible for any damage or loss of property (hardware or software) caused by accessing such sources or in connection with these sources. This also applies to any third-party owned goods and/or services advertised through these sources.

This Website and Use of Data

Therefore, for the purposes of this Website alone, we do not collect any personal or private information which can be used to identify a person(s) which is stored in a user account.

Contact Form

We invite our website visitors to contact Axiri using our Contact Us form on our website, which asks you to input your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message. The information which is submitted through our contact form is sent directly to Axiri Group UK via an automated email to comms@axiri.co.uk. All information submitted is handled with utmost privacy and care, and your data (name and email address) is only used to reply back to you when we need to. We will never add you to any marketing or engagement email lists when you submit a message via our contact form.

Your name and email address is sent to us in the form so we can appropriately address you and we know how to reach back to you. Once the conversation between you and Axiri is finished, we will permanently delete the email conversation so your details are not stored on our system for longer than is needed. We may, however, keep a record of the conversation we have had for monitoring and engagement purposes, but this will be kept anonymous of the customer.
